Grafica, a manufacturer of screen printing machines for the graphics, industrial and textile industry, has been operating in the printing industry for more than 29 years. Celebrating its 30th anniversary on 5 Feburary, Grafica is displaying a range of its latest screen printing machines at Printpack 2019. During the last edition of the show, the company displayed its prepress equipment. This year, the company launched its Nano-print 1015 with touch screen controls.

The Nano-print 1015 is a semi-automatic screen printing machine for screen printers. The machine has a print area of 10 to 15 inches and is easy to operate. It is equipped with serveral features including a microprocessor with touch screen controls, high quality electrical and electronic components, high quality screen fabrication, compact and powerful vacuum blower to hold the substrate firmly while printing, hard nickel-plated metal parts to avoid corrosion, and high safety standards.

According to Bhargav Mistry, managing director of Grafica, “The machine will cater to the small segments of the printing industry. It will allow manual printers to shift to automation. This year we have been visited by manual printers who are looking for affordable automation solution. The machine will cater to their needs at a low cost.”

The Nano print is also available on monthly installments making it an affordable option. The company has sold over 50 Nano-print machines during the show. Overall, we have booked orders for over Rs 2 crores within four days of the show, making it a successful year for us,” Mistry expresses. The company plans to expand its business in the textile industry in near future by launching new products.
