Vinsak is all set to demonstrate its full potential at the upcoming edition of Gulf Print & Pack, an important exhibition dedicated to printing and packaging in the Middle East.
During the show, the company will run a live demo of its USAR 430 modular slitter-rewinder, which includes the VIS 1200 inkjet system for variable data printing.
The Vinsak USAR is an affordable solution for efficient slitting and rewinding of labels with upgradable options for die-cutting, VDP and 100% inspection. With all major components driven by servo motors, the equipment can run up to a maximum of 300 meters per minute. It is backed by powerful software and features an HMI display for easy job set-up and single window operation.
Recently, Vinsak has also introduced its USAR with variable cold foiling and digital varnish, about which the company will share information at its stand. Vinsak’s roll lifter, and table-top rewinders will also be on display at the show.
Nicola Lombardi, marketing head and Giovanni Perego, international sales head will also be present at the show to talk about the capabilities of Lombardi flexo presses. Vinsak has partnered with Lombardi for several years now and has very successfully showcased and sold its presses in South Asia and the Middle East. Lombardi has launched its wide web flexo presses of 850 mm width, which are available in 1 meter width as well.
Vinsak also represents Iwasaki from Japan with its intermittent-drive flexo press IF330 and TR2 UV offset printing machine it offers as an offset printing solution to the Middle East and India.
Austria-based SPGPrints recently chose Vinsak as their new partner in the MEA region. With this alliance Vinsak will jointly offer SPG’s prepress solutions to customers along with the press and postpress equipment that it offers to cover the entire spectrum of the label and packaging production workflow.
Visitors will also find good information on products such as the Rhino from Pantec for flatbed embossing and hologram in-setting systems, Petrel Security inks and the Radus hologram applicator as well as RFID tag encoding and print personalization for smart products and packaging.
