At Printpack India 2025, Webtech International Machineries showcased its equipment for flexo printing, slitting and rewinding, and die-cutting. The company exhibited the Labeltech S4 and S3 series fully servo flexo presses; the Rollmaster Pro+ series thermal roll slitting and rewinding machine; its Copier Master series – an A4 copier sheeter machine, and the Wrapmaster series honeycomb die cutting machine.
In addition, it highlighted its forthcoming gearless machines including an 800 mm wide gearless flexo press and a short-run offset label press. Shivnandan Singh, director, Webtech, said, “We will soon launch an entirely gearless machine featuring an 800 mm working width with 5 servo motors on each station. This development will redefine precision and efficiency in the flexographic printing arena. In addition, we are about to launch a new offset label press next month, specifically designed for short-run jobs in flexible printing. This press is tailored to meet the growing demand for high-quality, short-run production solutions.”
Among the key machines shown at the exhibition was the Labeltech S4 670-wide mm fully servo flexo press, a high-speed machine claimed to be capable of running at 220 meters a minute. Equipped with dual servo motors on each print station, the company claims its high precision enable exceptional registration and print quality. It is aimed at high-volume label and packaging printing with efficiency.
The Labeltech S3 450 mm fully servo flexo press designed with a single servo motor on each print unit offers a less capital intensive investment. This press is claimed to perform at 150 meters a minute.
The Wrapmaster series honeycomb die-cutting machine drew significant attention at the event. Singh explained that the machine is designed to deliver clean, precise cuts with automated operation, reducing labor costs while maintaining accuracy.
Singh attributed the rapid growth of the flexographic printing industry in India to increasing demand in sectors such as FMCG, food, and pharmaceuticals. He noted the rising adoption of eco-friendly printing solutions, as businesses look to meet global sustainability standards.
He pointed out that government initiatives and technological advancements have played a crucial role in making high-quality printing more accessible and cost-effective. Accordiging to him, with continued investment in gearless and servo-driven machines, automation, and hybrid printing technologies, the flexographic printing industry seems set for a promising future.
“The industry is moving toward more sustainable solutions such as water-based and UV inks, while integrating digital and hybrid printing technologies enhance production flexibility,” Singh noted.
Reflecting on Webtech’s participation at Printpack India 2025, Singh said the interactive sessions and live machine demonstrations helped the company engage with visitors and showcase the superior quality of its products. The company finalized multiple orders during the exhibition, including three orders for the servo-driven flexo presses (Labeltech S4 and S3 series), two orders for the Rollmaster Pro+ series, one order for the Copier Master series, and five for the Wrapmaster series.
