BST eltromat India has come up with a new 4K camera for Tubescan system, which is used for print inspection and in detection of any defect that may have occurred during the printing process.
The defects as small as 0.08 mm can be easily detected through this camera, making the entire process of print detection much easier. The system can be upgraded any time which makes it flexible and robust.
Some new developments are expected to happen in the near future such as PDF validation; QLink; single master repeat; teaching defect functions; and surface inspection.
Previously, many label printing press manufacturers were reluctant to promote 100% inspection systems. But now things have changed, and OEMs are installing Tubescan so that customers can experience the best of services.
