Paktek will demo the KS-1600M at

Taiwan-based Paktek, a manufacturer of auto folder-gluers, auto flute laminators and flattening and slicing machines will demo the KS-1600M at Hall 13 Stand A37 at drupa 2016. The KS-1600M offers a cost-effective solution to make big cartons with the existing line of converting equipment. The investment includes the package cost of the integrated 2-gun cold and 2-gun hot melt gluing injection system.
The combined gluing system ensures firm bonding, even under extreme temperature variations during global transportation and is quite friendly to the environment. It can handle duplex boards, E, B, A and BE corrugated board for irregular designs and RSCs for sizes of 3,200 mm or larger than 3,200 mm. It takes 5 to 15 minutes only for job changeover time to reach the average production speed of 500 to 800 cartons an hour. The KS-1600M has a unique stopper which offers an accurate regulation support, auto lifting table, pressing unit and counter delivery.
