From its headquarters in Willstaett, Germany XSYS, a global supplier of in flexographic plate, plate processing, and prepress solutions, announced a partnership with Hamillroad Software on 17 March 2026. The partnership brings Hamillroad’s Bellissima screening technology to more flexo printers worldwide. By combining Bellissima with XSYS flexographic plates and hardware, printers can unlock higher quality, greater consistency, and stronger production performance.

Through this collaboration, XSYS and Hamillroad will deliver ongoing support for Bellissima with the nyloflex ITP-60 and expand compatibility across additional XSYS plates, Thermoflex imagers, and Catena-E processing systems. The result is a wider ecosystem of fully optimised tools designed to help printers achieve standout packaging quality, impressive production efficiencies, and improved sustainability.

Hamillroad’s Bellissima ultra-high definition screening technology enables high–quality print and greater freedom over packaging imagery and design. Bellissima digitally modulated screeding also offers brands and their flexo printers the opportunity to adopt greener printing practices through the reduction of ink and waste.
