
Multitec recently completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a 12-color, 450 mm wide Multitec S3S destined for a leading converter in Russia. The complex set of tests conducted in the presence of the customer and using a variety of substrates for multiple applications was entirely successful.
The S3S flexo press is configured with eleven different rail-mounted accessories offering an exceptional 46 permutations and combinations, making it one of the most versatile flexo platforms for ultra-complex label and film applications. The modular sleeve-based architecture enables dynamic reconfiguration, allowing converters to execute intricate multi-process jobs with precision, speed, and operational efficiency.
This acceptance and imminent installation mark Multitec’s 27th press in Russia, reinforcing the company’s strong and steadily growing footprint in the region. It underlines the continued confidence of Russian converters in Multitec’s engineering excellence.
