Photo PSAThe twin_check 2.0 is a component of eltromat’s iPQ_solutions. This tool combines print quality inspection with web monitoring of the complete print format. Packing printing as well as the decor, wallpaper and label printing are typical areas of applications for twin_check 2.0. It can also be used for defect detection on rewinders, cross cutters and slitters. The regi_star 20 register control system guarantees a high degree of automation and reduces set up times and waste.
Superhandy Scan 4000 is a PC-based system with a high-resolution digital camera which offers well engineered technology, a space saving single-monitor concept, pin-sharp image quality, various image monitoring options and equipment. It has a system for numerous inspection requirements.
Clean Master ensures thorough cleaning of a print cylinder without any risks as manual cleaning poses great safety risk. “This is the first Indian show after the merger of BST and eltromat in July 2014. Plastindia is great platform to relaunch and promote the new entity in India and the response here has been extremely good,” said Bharvi Shukla, business development manager, BST eltromat India.
“The start of Plastindia 2015 was great as we managed to close some important deals in the first two days. Two major OEMs manufacturing rotogravure printing machines placed orders for four register control systems. We also sold a Wintriss surface inspection system to Max India,” said Tappan Patel, managing director, BST eltromat India.
