On the second of Labelexpo India 2018, Monotech sold its Colornovo full color UV inkjet label production press to Mumbai-based label convertor, Barcom Industriest. This is the company’s second deal after it sold its JETSCI Colornovo press to Wonderpac, a Haryana-based labels and holograms manufacturing company.
Monotech Systems launched its Colornovo full color UV inkjet label production press on 22 November 2018 at Labelexpo India 2018. Based on Kyocera inkjet printhead technology, the press offers resolutions of 600 x 600 DPI, speeds of up to 70 meters per minute along with CMYK + W in various print width configurations and utilizes a web control system from Grafisk Maskinfabrik, Denmark.
The Colornovo label press was sold to Barcom Industries by Monotech at Labelexpo India 2018 today. At the event, Monotech sold the press to two companies, Wonder Pac India and Barcom Industries.
Manufactured in-house, this follows successful beta site testing in India and overseas. The company has also launched its newly developed digital label printing and finishing products such as UV Inkjet full color hybrid imprinting, digital UV Screen printing (white), digital UV spot coating, digital UV cold foil solutions, and ultra-high speed (300 meters per minute) hybrid imprinting systems for variable data printing.
At Monotech’s Stand C27, visitors can watch live demonstration of its machines. Additionally, Monotech is displaying other products including imprinting systems for variable data printing and VSRI (variable data printing with slitter and rewinder and camera inspection with complete track and trace solution). The company is also highlighting its own branded intaGlios Gravure Cylinder Engraver, Flexo CtP systems from its alliance brands ThermoflexX and Kodak.
