Monotech launches Scodix Ultra digital press

Monotech Systems, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-end products and solutions for the printing and packaging industry, showcased its products at Pamex 2015. Monotech Systems displayed a range of different products from prepress to postpress and substrates. Monotech also introduced new products at the exhibit. Its new launch Scodix Ultra digital press enables commercial PSPs and folding-carton converters to produce tangible enhancements for a wide variety of applications. It supports the offset, digital and laminated print. Monotech Systems also launched a sheetfed Shinohara laser cutter and Cube 3D printer which became the centre of attraction at the show. The fully automated, computer -driven laser diecutter is aimed at printers who want to save time and money versus the traditional mechanical diecutting methods. It automates the diecutting process, allowing printers to expand into label printing and specialty finishing. This includes smaller digital label jobs, custom-shaped cards, package proofing and other projects that normally require more expensive mechanical dies.
