New Esko WebCenter Pack makes onboarding easy

Esko has unveiled two targeted packaging management solutions specifically designed to enhance brands and label and packaging suppliers’ efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Announcing the launch of the new unified communication platforms at the annual Esko World event in St Louis, Missouri, Esko CMO Jan De Roeck said that WebCenter Pack had been developed to address the needs of customer service representatives at packaging converters, while WebCenter Go was tailored for emerging brands’ in-house packaging production teams.

“With these two new innovations, we are broadening the functionality of our flagship WebCenter packaging management platform and bringing brands closer together with their packaging and label suppliers,” said Jan. “WebCenter Pack enhances the job onboarding process at label and packaging converters with intuitive tools and seamless prepress integration that serves to boost productivity, reduce costs, and shorten lead times. Dashboards and reports provide valuable insights, while the affordable subscription model makes it accessible with minimal investment.”

WebCenter Pack empowers CSR teams to handle preflight checks independently, leading to quicker customer feedback and significantly reducing delays. Improving response times boosts customer satisfaction and retention, both of which are critical factors in today’s competitive market.

“Color accuracy, compliance and error-free copy are crucial to maximizing productivity,” said Jan. “Quicker feedback and streamlined processes increase the likelihood of successful orders, which contributes to business growth. Templated job specifications serve to ensure completion and accuracy upfront, while automated pre-flighting and approvals further boosts efficiency and minimizes disruptions.

“WebCenter Pack delivers everything from hassle-free uploads and instant feedback with visual preflight reports to simplified task management, seamless automation and version control,” he said.

Alongside WebCenter Pack, Esko unveiled its new WebCenter Go solution that enables growing brands to collaborate on packaging, eliminate errors, ensure quality, and go to market faster than competitors.

“Developed to meet the challenges faced by growing brands, WebCenter Go ensures packaging artwork is produced right first time, every time,” said Jan. “From customizable checklists and color accuracy verification to making version comparison quicker and easier, it enables teams to build approval workflows, proofread pack copy and check artwork compliance all in one place and right out of the box.

“WebCenter Go helps teams move fast without compromising on quality, user experience or regulatory standards,” he said.

Pre-built templates, transparent workflows, a user-friendly interface, super-easy deployment and the flexibility to adapt to a company’s evolving packaging needs ensure that WebCenter Go is the ideal packaging management solution for growing brands.

“Build workflows, proof files and ensure regulatory compliance, while simultaneously ensuring on-pack copy is accurate and visualizing the final packaging design in 3D, all on one platform,” said Jan. “With the ability to tailor functionality for specific requirements, WebCenter Go has been purpose-built to meet the core needs of growing businesses across a range of sectors, from F&B, nutraceuticals and contract manufacturing to agrochemicals, beauty and personal care.”

Esko WebCenter Pack and WebCenter Go were launched in front of more than 500 packaging and labels converters, brand representatives and packaging experts as part of Esko World 2025, which took place from 3-5 June.
