Abhay Sheth Technologies, as representatives of Huilong Plastics Machinery, will showcase its range of single-head co-ex extrusion coating and lamination machines, as well as tandem coating machinery for the flexible packaging industry at PlastIndia Delhi in February 2026. The applications range from snack food packaging to pharmaceutical applications such as lami-tubes, high barrier and moisture resistant laminates, to aseptic liquid packaging items.
Huilong Plastics Machinery says it holds more than 40 patents, including its best-selling oscillating, manual, and automatic MBL T-die, barrier screw design, and geometry for homogeneous mixing, as well as chaotic mixing extruders. Huilong’s machinery is operator-friendly, adheres to modern international safety standards, and is customizable based on client technical specifications.
“Our confidence in our screw design and T-die is extremely high, making us one of the few companies that provide a three-year warranty,” says Miti Sheth of Abhay Sheth Technologies. “Our new launches and focus areas are mainly within aseptic liquid packaging machinery and greenfield projects in that arena. This would include all machinery and technical equipment from printing, creasing, lamination, slitting, doctoring, and packaging.”
Another focus product is its new tandem coating and lamination machinery, which not only works as a tandem machine for pharmaceutical applications but also as two separate single co-extrusion machines. Sheth remarks, “This gives the customer flexibility of job work to be taken on our machine, especially during times when the job work for tandem laminates is low. This machinery gives you the benefits of two projects at the price of one.”
According to her, the increased use of quick commerce and supermarket shopping has led to a higher need for standardized, high-quality, hygienic, and longer shelf life packaging. “We see a trend wherein consumers are more conscious about what they are consuming and need complete transparency about the ingredients consumed. Not only this, consumers and brands are well aware of the damaging health effects of solvents used in packaging and are moving toward healthy packaging options such as extrusion coating and lamination.”
Abhay Sheth Technologies, and by extension, Huilong Plastics Machinery, has always relied on a strong technical foundation to expand its customer base. It has an extensive track record of providing a quality product, enhanced by personal technical guidance and continued support with regard to the machine itself and the clients’ overall project. This allows its clients to rely on the durability of its machines, which provides them with the platform to achieve their targets.
In 2026, Abhay Sheth Technologies plans to hire more technical engineers to enhance its core sales strength and expand its existing customer base. “We are focusing on introducing ourselves to new customers looking for high-quality extrusion coating and lamination machinery and to more customers in the flexible packaging industry,” Sheth says.
