Neelgiri Group, a manufacturer and provider of advanced chemical solutions and plastic products for industrial machinery, electric mobility, packaging, and infrastructure, showcased its extensive portfolio at Hiplex 2026 in Hyderabad in August, drawing significant interest from key players across the masterbatch, cooler manufacturing, polymer compounding, and recycling sectors.

As a multi-faceted enterprise, the company operates across specialized divisions. Neelgiri Machinery manufactures injection molding equipment, Neelgiri Chemicals serves as a major stockist importing raw materials for paint, coating, and road-marking industries, and Neelgiri Polyplast focuses on specialized polymer granules.

According to Monika Malik, team leader, chemicals division, the event provided a platform to present raw material advancements tailored for manufacturing home appliances, automobile components, and cooler systems.

“The Telangana region stands out as a critical growth market for Neelgiri Group due to its dense concentration of cooler manufacturers,” Malik said.

“Company representatives emphasized that Telangana’s robust industrial base makes local engagement essential for expanding their client footprint. By connecting with new business partners at the exhibition, we aim to supply high-grade raw materials for prime product manufacturing as well as reprocessing streams that utilize scrap and secondary polymer materials.”

Reflecting on broader economic trends, Malik highlighted the strong upward trajectory of the domestic market compared to previous years.

“India’s manufacturing sector is increasingly prioritizing in-house production over import reliance, expanding local processing capacity for polymers such as PP, HDPE, ABS, and Nylon. This shift toward localized processing and compound manufacturing continues to strengthen our position within the evolving industrial landscape,” she said.
