Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), an authorized Indian channel partner & service provider for Rhyguan and other leading global OEMs of flexographic presses and associated equipment, is set to launch Rhyguan Smart-420 HRI 100% automatic inspection system at Loupe India 2026, scheduled to take place from 29 October–1 November, 2026 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.
Gourav Roy, managing director, Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), said, “The Rhyguan Smart-420 HRI at Loupe India 2026 will mark our first launch and live demonstration of a 100% automatic inspection system. For several years, we have been installing only unidirectional inspection systems. The Smart-420 HRI, however, is a bidirectional 100% inspection system with slitting and rewinding capabilities. It is designed to eliminate operator errors, giving label converters greater confidence that the labels they supply meet stringent quality requirements and are totally free from errors or defects.”
The Smart-420 HRI, he said, is not intended for converters looking for a band-aid quality control system. “This 100% inspection system enables converters to deliver error-free labels with greater confidence. “It is perfectly built with capability of inspecting the printing, die-cutting, waste removal, and all types of variable codes with PDF proof reference. It can also generate detailed reports that help printing companies improve quality, facilitate re-printing the codes, and provide the reports to brand owners.”
FIG will also exhibit two other flagship Rhyguan machines—Top-330 Plus-2 converting machine and Smart+ Luster automatic inspection machine.
Explaining the capabilities of the Top-330 Plus-2, Roy said, “It is a versatile finishing machine capable of performing multiple operations. It can carry out spot or full varnishing, as well as cold foiling and lamination, in full- or semi-rotary mode, followed by die-cutting in either mode. It is ideal for label printers with digital printing setups and for those looking to enhance productivity from their existing roll-to-roll presses.”
The Smart + Luster automatic inspection machine is another sought-after system in FIG’s portfolio, with more than 70 units have so far been installed across India. FIG’s intention of demonstrating the ever-demanding machine live at Loupe India 2026 is to highlight its new features designed to reduce setup time, improve accuracy, and enhance inspection. The machine now incorporates Luster’s latest AI-powered VisionPrint 8 (VP8) visual inspection software.
With Rhyguan and Luster, FIG represents a portfolio of other leading global brands, including Mark Andy, XSYS, Rotoflex, Kluge, KDS Quantum, Presstek, among others, in India. The company is headquartered in Delhi, with branches in Mumbai and Chennai.
