At Loupe India 2026 in Greater Noida, Flexibiz, an ERP solutions provider, showed its new native artificial intelligence (AI) feature set integrated into its flagship ERP platform designed specifically for the packaging and printing industry.
Officially launched recently and rolled out on a trial basis for existing clients, the new tool aims to modernize reporting and operational management across manufacturing plants.
According to Vaibhav Bansal, director of the company, the standard reporting process across roughly 95% of traditional ERP systems requires users to manually extract and review raw data without built-in context.
Flexibiz addresses this gap by integrating an AI Copilot across its entire suite of over 300 to 400 specialized reports.
When a user pulls up any report—such as identifying top production processes—the system feeds the underlying metrics into an embedded AI engine. The Copilot generates interactive visual dashboards, provides automated data insights, and suggests relevant follow-up prompts for any structured analysis.
Users can perform deep drill-down analysis directly through conversational question-and-answer prompts, enabling even newly hired executives to immediately evaluate complex operational data without requiring specialized data analytics training.
Multi-model integration and automated dashboards
To ensure optimal performance across diverse tasks, Flexibiz integrated major AI models, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, directly into the backend. The system automatically selects the most suitable AI model based on the specific query or prompt by the user.
Beyond ad-hoc reporting, the system features a one-time setup for recurring analytics. Managers can define their regular operational questions once, and the software will automatically update and generate comprehensive dashboards for future production cycles. These dashboards can be exported as PDF files or shared across executive teams via secure links, with all enterprise data remaining strictly within the client’s system to maintain strict data privacy.
Flexibiz detailed two additional upcoming AI capabilities targeted at improving shop-floor accuracy and streamlining manual workflows:
AI Print Comparison: An upcoming feature will use computer vision to capture photos of physically printed materials and instantly compare them against approved master artwork files, identifying discrepancies automatically to eliminate manual inspection time.
Automated Data Entry: Designed to address paper-based workflow bottlenecks, an incoming module will read handwritten or physical shop-floor logs and populate the ERP system automatically.
Bansal says, “Unlike generic management software, Flexibiz remains focused exclusively on the flexible packaging and printing sectors, including converters, label producers, and film manufacturers. Following positive feedback and early client conversions from Loupe, we are actively showcasing our new AI capabilities to both existing and prospective packaging clients.”
