At Loupe India 2026, Avery Dennison presented an expansive portfolio aimed at pushing the boundaries of label functionality, sustainability, and brand security. Moving beyond standard commercial packaging, the company emphasized interactive conceptual displays and advanced material science designed to redefine how brands utilize labeling technology.
A primary highlight at the Avery Dennison showcase was FlexiPrint, an innovative hybrid substrate that bridges performance and cost-efficiency. Designed as a budget-friendly alternative to traditional polyethylene (PE) materials, FlexiPrint offers the clarity of polypropylene (PP) alongside the flexibility and conformability required for squeezable packaging applications.
Addressing heightened environmental regulations, Avery Dennison also introduced its CleanFlake adhesive range. Built specifically to support circular economy initiatives, CleanFlake enables clean label removal during recycling processes without contaminating underlying substrates—whether polyester (PET), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), or glass.
Manoj KM of Avery Dennison noted that, driven by Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) mandates, corporate discussions around eco-friendly design are rapidly transitioning from abstract board-level ambitions into commercial reality. “Beyond sustainable adhesives, the showcase features specialized solutions for pharmaceutical security, including covert, overt, and anti-counterfeiting features, as well as premium substrates, holographic films, reclosure concepts for flexible packaging, and specialized labeling solutions for electronics,” he said.
Anticipating & unconvering the industry’s unmet needs
Rather than focusing on everyday commercial sales, Manoj commented that the event serves as a platform to uncover unmet industry needs and spark creative packaging design. “By offering live demonstrations of easy-peel, eco-friendly labeling in action, Avery Dennison aims to guide brand owners toward more dynamic, functional, and sustainable packaging strategies across diverse market sectors,” he said.
At the Avery Dennison stand, the Retail & FMCG zone showcased premium labelling solutions focusing on shelf differentiation, functionality and material efficiency.
The pharma zone focused on reliable adhesion, product identification, security and performance under demanding conditions. The Durables zone highlighted engineered solutions for automotive, industrial and durable goods applications, including wire harnesses where resistance to heat, chemicals, abrasion and challenging substrates becomes critical.
A key highlight was its Digital Solutions/RFID zone, where it demonstrated how RFID and digital identification technologies can enable item-level visibility, authentication, inventory accuracy, and stronger connections between physical products and digital information.
Sustainability solutions focused on reducing material use, enabling recycling, incorporating recycled or renewable content, and improving material efficiency without compromising performance. As the leading raw material supplier to the label industry, Avery Dennison displayed products, materials, and tech at the show, along with its knowledgeable team, again demonstrating its comprehensive approach to the numerous specialized requirements of the industry. Its future readiness was also apparent as it anticipates opportunities for both growth and complex solutions.
