HP to launch nine Indigo and PageWide web presses at drupa

At a pre-drupa media event organized by HP on 21 and 22 March 2016 at its facilities in Israel, the company introduced six new HP Indigo digital presses, three HP PageWide web presses, and innovative cross-platform enhancements in quality, productivity, versatility and color. HP underlined its efforts to broaden print service providers’ (PSP) possibilities for high-value commercial applications to drive business growth. HP invited around 50 journalists from around the globe to announce its drupa plans as well as show them around its Kiryat Gat and Ness Ziona plants in Israel. The new HP Indigo portfolio announced includes three sheetfed presses, the HP Indigo 12000, 7900 and 5900 digital presses, the oversize B1-format duplex HP Indigo 50000 digital press, the HP Indigo WS6800p for photo specialty applications as well as an improved HP Indigo 20000, now equipped for commercial applications and the Indigo 30000 with an in-line coater.
