India’s largest flexible packaging company, Uflex Limited will exhibit at Indiaplast 2019. At the event Ulex’s engineering division, films division, cylinder division and chemical division will display their products.
Engineering Division
The Engineering business of Uflex has grown to be the manufacturing major of top-of-the-line packaging, printing and allied machines. The division’s EX LAM 400-Extrusion Coating Lamination and Elisa-CI Flexo will run live at the show. Extrusion Coating Lamination has a line speed of 400 mpm. Elisa can also work up to a speed of 400 mpm. Additionally, solvent-less lamination will be on display.
Films Division
At the show, Uflex Films division will unveil its seven products for the first time at Indiaplast. The film range to be displayed includes F—PRP BOPET, F- TFP, F—FTC, PETG Resin, B-TUO-M, B-TUH-M and C-CLM.
Cylinder Division
Uflex’s cylinder division will launch its die plates and die cut rollers during the show. The company will also showcase its gravure cylinders for glitter printing, anilox, very high GSM and very low GSM coating, embossing for paper, foil, tobacco, liquor cartons, and leather under gravure printing range. Cylinders are made from non-contact, direct laser engraving technology with a distinct edge for precision, control and accuracy. Glitter printing rollers, anilox coating, and embossing and printing rollers are suitable for a wide range of substrate with resolution up to 10000 dpi.
Under flexo printing, the products on display will include polymer flexo printing plates, elastomer flexo printing plates and elastomer flexo printing sleeves. The newly installed flexo plate making a line from Esco CDI ensures high-res optics for perfect details/resolutions up to 4000 ppi (high res optics), and screens up to 300 lpi and 1-99% dots. The output is compatible with offset and gravure quality and consistency.
Chemical Division
The Chemical division of Uflex will launch its universal solvent-free adhesive 777 A/C for various substrates including plastics along with NC-PU inks and sheet-fed UV inks, which are suitable for commercial and non-food packaging applications.
At the Uflex Chemicals division stand in the show, different solutions will be featured under flexible packaging and offset applications including its newly developed environment-friendly high speed water-based inks, mono component solvent-less adhesive OC512 – designed for laminating film to printed and unprinted board and film to printed and unprinted paper, and dry bond lamination adhesive AEM 36P.
