EskoArtwork’s Bangalore Global Resource Centre

EskoArtwork’s fully-owned subsidiary and Global Resource Centre at Bangalore will be headed by Mr.  Dinesh Chandra, who has been overseeing Esko’s Indian operations since 2000. According to Mr. Chandra, “The opening of the Global Resource Centre in Bangalorre reinforces EskoArtwork’s global market coverage, complementing the resources we have already deployed in Europe, North America and the Far East.”

Nextgen Printers, based in Kolkata, is a rising packaging converter. Germany-based CITO System GmbH is a middle-sized company with more than 100 years of technical know-how in printing and paper converting. Its product range is divided into two areas: BoxLine diecutting systems for folding boxes, corrugated boxes and displays, and PrintLine systems for inline finishing and antimarking. The company is represented worldwide through a large network of dealers, in India by A.S. Print Aids Pvt. Ltd. Recently, their application technician Michael Zelinger was on a customer visit tour in India for ten days, in Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi. Technical workshops were held and there were discussions about tasks and challenges around the whole packaging production. The importance of the right choice of creasing parameters and their effect on the quality of creasing was one of the major topics. CITO also made a  presentation of its RSP Inline Finishing System during a training workshop in diecutting techniques which took place in Chennai for the staff of the Heidelberg Print Media Academy India.
