UV Graphic Technologies, an Indian manufacturer of advanced flexographic printing and converting machinery for the label, flexible packaging and specialty printing industries, is showcasing three UltraFlex flexographic presses at Loupe India 2026, slated for 29 October to 1 November 2026 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
The company’s portfolio includes narrow and mid-web flexographic presses, AI-enabled automation, sleeve technology, UV and LED UV curing, hot foil stamping, screen printing, die cutting, IML die cutting, slitting and rewinding, inspection and anilox cleaning technologies.
Abhay Datta, director, UV Graphic Technologies said, “Our focus has always been on developing technology that combines productivity, automation, flexibility and ease of operation, while providing converters with solutions that are competitive in both the Indian and international markets.”
Highlights at Loupe
UV Graphic Technologies’ showcase at Loupe India 2026 represents the evolution of its technology platform.
UltraFlex UFO 1 is a transformed UFO platform featuring a new and precise automatic lateral register system, a new die-cutting unit, powerful LED UV curing, and a complete makeover in machine design and appearance.
UltraFlex UFO 2 is an AI-enabled flexographic press that incorporates automatic pre-register setting, automatic impression setting, automatic viscosity control, recipe generation, predictive maintenance, job scheduling, and Industry 4.0 capabilities. The UFO 2 has received a strong market response, with more than 40 presses sold over the last two years.
UltraFlex UFO 3 incorporates sleeve and AI Technology. The UFO 3 will be shown for the first time at Loupe India 2026. It incorporates all the major intelligent features of the UFO 2, combined with a powerful sleeve system particularly suited to larger web widths and large repeats of up to 1,000 mm. The UFO 3 will be demonstrated at 200 meters per minute, making it one of the principal highlights of our participation.
The company will also showcase a Pony twin-head hot foil stamping and die-cutting machine, a twin-head silk screen printing machine, a Varygap adjustable anvil cylinder for die cutting, an Ultrasonic anilox cleaning machine, UltraCure UV and LED UV curing systems, UltraFlex USR fully automated slitter rewinder with 100% inspection, and a Pony 530 IML die-cutting machine.
Loupe India 2026
At the previous Labelexpo, the company interacted with converters from India and international markets, which gave it an opportunity to understand the changing requirements of the industry, Datta said. Converters, he said, look beyond machine speed – they want automation, shorter changeover times, reduced waste, intelligent process control, inspection and greater flexibility.
“At Loupe India 2026, we look forward to demonstrating how these requirements are being addressed through its latest generation of machines. In particular, we are excited to introduce the UFO 3 with sleeve and AI technology to the Indian market,” he added.
India is a strategically important market for UV Graphic Technologies, and Loupe India provides an opportunity to engage directly with the country’s rapidly developing label and packaging-converting community, Datta said.
“The exhibition will allow us to demonstrate our latest technologies to existing customers, potential customers and industry professionals, while receiving direct feedback on emerging application requirements. It is particularly valuable for us because we are not presenting a single product. We will demonstrate an integrated portfolio covering printing, embellishment, die cutting, curing, inspection, slitting and IML, which allows us to show how different technologies can work together as part of a modern production environment,” he added.
The UltraFlex Knowledge Bar will be an important part of its stand. “Visitors can meet our team, exchange ideas, discuss applications and enjoy our hospitality including complimentary cocktails,” Datta shared
“For us, Loupe India is not just an exhibition; it is an opportunity to exchange knowledge, understand the industry’s requirements and build long-term relationships,” he concluded.
