Ahmedabad-based Wanjie India, a subsidiary of Hebei Wanjie Technology Group, is set to participate in Labelexpo Europe 2025, scheduled from 16–19 September at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. The company, along with its Chinese principal, is showcasing two key products—Wanjie WJPS-350D shaftless offset (alcohol dampening) intermittent rotary label printing machine and WJJM350 intermittent rotary label die-cutting machine.

We are excited about participating in Labelexpo Europe 2025, where two of our flagship machines will be showcased as key highlights. The WJPS-350D has various advanced features and capabilities. This intermittent rotary press is capable of handling materials with widths from 100 mm to 360 mm. Its maximum printing width is 350 mm,” says Rakesh Patel, director of Wanjie India. He said the press can handle material thicknesses ranging from 50 gsm up to 350 gsm.

Patel said the WJPS-350D boasts many other features such as unwinding and rewinding up to a maximum diameter of 700 mm. Capable of operating at a printing speed of 30–200 rpm, this intermittent rotary press has advanced characteristic features built on the basis of latest innovation.

Patel said the WJJM350 is yet a robust system with subsequent die-cutting of labels.

Wanjie India is a partnership between Bipin Offset Ahmedabad and Hebei Wanjie Technology Group China. “It has been just one year since we started our operation actively in the Indian label printing market. Fortunately, so far so good. We keep expanding our client base of Wanjie flexographic presses in India. Some prominent label printers have adopted our Wanjie machines.”

We have invited some of our clients and prospects from India to Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. It would be an ideal networking place for them to know about the latest machines and developments in terms of technologies and new features in flexo systems we introduce new,” Patel said.
