Acme Rolltech's advanced anilox technologies at Loupe India 2026

Acme Rolltech, an Indian manufacturer of ceramic anilox rolls and anilox sleeves, will showcase its latest engraving technologies and speciality anilox solutions at Loupe India 2026.

The company aims to help label and packaging converters achieve enhanced print quality, value-added embellishments, and greater production efficiency without necessarily investing in additional offline equipment.

“We take pride in saying that we are India’s pioneer manufacturer of ceramic anilox rolls and anilox sleeves. We are bringing the latest technologies and advancements in anilox manufacturing to India and taking the country to the global stage,” said Sandeep Sharma, director, Acme Rolltech.

At the exhibition, the company will introduce advanced versions of its established Acme Tactile Anilox ATAC 3.0 and Acme High Density White AHDW 3.0. The ATAC 3.0 is designed for screen-type raised effects, while the AHDW 3.0 targets high-opacity white printing.

Visitors can examine samples demonstrating the capabilities of these solutions, which address growing demand for embellishments across labels, flexible packaging, pouches, and wrap-around applications. According to Sharma, Acme Rolltech has already sold more than 300 speciality aniloxes in the market.

Another highlight will be the company’s ACE (Advanced Channel Engraving) technology, developed to combine halftone printing performance with high ink density. Sharma explained that conventional channel engraving can require prepress adjustments or new plates when converters change jobs, adding complexity and cost to production.

“ACE technology gives customers the advantages of both worlds. They get exceptional halftone printing and unmatched ink density, while we supply the anilox using regular LPI-BCM values, so customers do not need to change their plates,” he said.

The company will present samples of its technologies, with selected solutions running live on OEM flexographic presses during the exhibition. Acme Rolltech is introducing an industry-first two-year warranty on all its new aniloxes, according to Sharma.

With converters managing shorter runs, more SKUs, tighter turnaround times, and cost pressures, the company is focusing on reducing anilox inventory requirements while maintaining print quality. Faster delivery and warranty support are additional elements of its offering.

Looking ahead, Sharma expects sustainability and value-added embellishments to shape the packaging and label industry over the next two to three years. At Loupe India 2026, Acme Rolltech hopes to demonstrate how advanced anilox technology can help converters create differentiated print effects and deliver greater value to their customers.
