Acme Rolltech will highlight its latest advancements for the CI flexo and flexible packaging industry at PlastIndia 2026 New Delhi from 5 to 10 February 2026. Acme Rolltech will showcase its made-in-India anilox sleeves, specifically engineered for CI flexo printing applications.
According to Sandeep Sharma, director, Acme Rolltech, the aniloxes are designed to deliver consistent ink transfer, durability, and high press performance. “The anilox sleeves represent a significant milestone for the domestic anilox industry.”
Acme Rolltech will also introduce an industry-first offering, a two-year manufacturer warranty on all new anilox rolls and sleeves, reinforcing confidence in product quality, longevity, and process reliability.
As one of the leaders of ceramic anilox rolls and sleeves in India, Acme Rolltech continues to differentiate itself through its comprehensive portfolio and service-led approach. According to Sharma, the company’s strengths lie in its AREP (Acme Refurbishment Program), rapid turnaround times, value-added services, and continuous innovation. These capabilities, he notes, position Acme Rolltech distinctly against global suppliers from Europe, the US, and China, particularly in terms of speed to market and localized customer support.
Among the key highlights at PlastIndia 2026 will be live demonstrations of Acme Rolltech anilox rolls running on multiple OEM flexo printing machines across the exhibition floor. Visitors will also be able to view samples of ECG (extended color gamut) printing, showcasing how Acme’s anilox technology supports advanced color reproduction, reduced ink inventories, and improved press efficiency. In addition, the company will present its newly launched embossing roller technology, expanding its solutions portfolio beyond ink transfer into value-enhancing surface treatments.
Reflecting on the market outlook, Sharma expressed his optimism for the flexo and flexible packaging sector in India. He described the coming decade as a “golden period,” driven by rising packaged goods consumption, export growth, and ongoing investments in modern printing infrastructure.
“We are clearly enjoying our exceptional market share in India and growing rapidly in exports. The installation of our third engraving machine in a span of 6.5 years is a testament to it,” Sharma said.
From PlastIndia 2026, Acme Rolltech expects to strengthen relationships with existing customers, build new partnerships, and engage closely with industry peers. With live-running applications, new product launches, and a strong Made-in-India narrative, the company is confident the exhibition will be a significant success and a platform to reinforce its leadership in the anilox segment.
