Artize die makers

At the upcoming Printpack 2019 edition, Artize Die Makers will exhibit in Hall 9, Stand F-11. The exhibition will take place in India Expo Mart, Greater Noida from 1-6 February 2019.

Artize will exhibit its cutting and creasing dies, pre-rubbered dies, and male and female stripping dies. The company will also showcase its new products such as engraved steel counter plate, embossing blocks with aluminum support, easy fix plate, simultaneous foiling and embossing blocks, and special alloy sandwich dies.

The utilization of superior grade rubber material with high speed ensures exceptional performance regarding cutting quality. Moreover, it helps to extend functional life of the die and assists in saving production time. It also ensures accurate angle hair cutting sans dust emission. Profile cut rubber is acknowledged for its high working speed and it also helps to balance pressure between the cutting plate and cutting rule. The male and female stripping dies are utilized as essential parts of automatic die cutting machinery to eliminate the residual waste of the carton. This is considered as the most reliable and affordable option to clear the waste.

Engraved steel counter plate has a consistent quality in creasing from first sheet till last sheet with zero make-ready time for creasing and is better than conventional ways in terms of time, money, and quality achieved in long runs.

Embossing blocks with aluminum support compensates the compression of wood after certain impressions and prevents uneven cutting, creasing and embossing pressure. It ensures better productivity, long life and good quality in production. Besides, it saves time spent on achieving correct pressures for embossing and punching.

Easy Fix Plate is the 1 mm plate to fix the embossing blocks, which saves time for repeat jobs. Simultaneous foiling and embossing blocks for foiling and embossing can be done in one pass. Artize’ special alloy sandwich dies are fit for large quantity (in hundred millions). These dies have no effect of humidity, even if the die remains in the machine for a couple of weeks. Re-knifing of the die can be done unlimited times, which increases productivity.

After several participation in Printpack since 2011, Artize is expecting a heavy visitor footfall at Printpack India 2019, and will target customers dealing with punching, embossing, foil stamping, and special texture effect using dies. The company is aiming to reach as many customers as possible to show its product strength and association with customers in their growth.
