At Bharat Print Expo 2025 in Bengaluru, anilox rolls and sleeves manufacturer Acme Rolltech showcased its technological advancements and product innovations and highlighted its new specialty anilox product portfolio alongside its ACE – Advanced Channel Engraving technology.
The specialty anilox range, which includes AHDW 2.0, ATAC 2.0, AXTR-G, AXTR-M, and AglT, was launched at Labelexpo India 2024 and has since gained traction. At Bharat Print Expo, visitors experienced the performance of these anilox variants firsthand through printed samples.
“Our stand drew a lot of attention. Customers were amazed by the quality and output of our specialty anilox results,” Sandeep Sharma, director of Acme Rolltech, said. “It reaffirmed our position as a technology leader in the anilox segment.”
Sharma emphasized the company’s commitment to sustainability, which is highlighted through its ARep – Acme Anilox Refurbishment Program. It provides clients with an option to refurbish their old anilox rolls, extend product life, and reduce waste.
In addition to its products, Acme Rolltech introduced its latest innovation in engraving technology, ASC – Acme Super Cell. “Our advanced plasma coating system and latest-generation engraving machines, combined with the ASC technology, are delivering results beyond the scope of conventional hex engravings,” he said. “This innovation sparked deep technical discussions at the booth and excited many visitors. It represents the future of flexo anilox engraving.”
Positioning itself as a flagbearer for anilox technology in India, Acme Rolltech says it is the only company in the country offering such comprehensive and innovative specialty anilox solutions.
To meet the rising demand for its products in India and international markets, Acme Rolltech is preparing for its next phase of expansion. In July 2025, the company will install its third engraving machine. Plans for a plant expansion are already underway to support the company’s goal to scale operations and meet the growing global needs.
