Perfect Printgraph Engineers, a specialist in flexographic printing technology, has confirmed its participation at the Hiplex 2026 show scheduled for 7 to 10 August in Hyderabad. The company manufactures flexo printing presses designed to meet diverse customer and industry requirements. Its portfolio includes stack, inline, and CI flexo presses, with machine widths ranging from 700 mm to 4500 mm and speeds from 80 meters a minute to 350 meters a minute.

Pratik Shah, sales expert in converting machinery, Perfect Printgraph Engineers, says, “We serve a wide range of applications, including films, paper, woven fabric, tarpaulin, and cross-laminated fabric. With installations across India, the Middle East, Europe, the USA, and Africa, we have established ourselves as a trusted global partner for flexographic printing solutions.”

At Hiplex 2026, the company will showcase its new concept — Versaflex, a mid-web flexo printing press for films and paper using liquid inks. First introduced in a 5–color version at PlastIndia, the Versaflex has been designed to address the evolving needs of flexible packaging converters by delivering a flexible, efficient, and profit-making solution for short-run jobs. Thus far the press has not been installed by any customer.

The company will demonstrate a 4–color reel-to–reel Versaflex press with an automatic reel changer (ARC) running live with solvent–based liquid inks at Hiplex. Each unit will have a built–in hot air dryer and is equipped to handle both plate and anilox sleeves of varying diameters. The plan is to demonstrate the press for short–runs on polyester and BOPP films and possibly on other substrates as well. “Designed specifically for profitable short-run production, the machine combines flexibility, precision, and productivity, making it a realistic option for converters looking to improve operational efficiency while meeting changing market demands,” Shah says.

Visitors can interact with the company’s technical experts and discover practical solutions designed to improve print quality, productivity, and profitability. Those involved in plastics, printing, packaging, or flexible packaging printing and converting, or those planning to enter the industry, can benefit from visiting the company’s stand.

According to Shah, the biggest shift since 2020 has been the growing demand for customized solutions. Every converter has unique production challenges, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach anymore.

We have been working closely with converters and their production teams to understand their pain points and incorporate those learnings into our machine designs. This customer-first approach has enabled us to develop solutions that improve productivity, reduce wastage, and deliver greater value to our customers,” he said.

Hyderabad has always been one of Perfect Printgraph Engineers’ strongest markets. Over the years, the company has built long-standing relationships with many converters in the region, both as customers and friends. The city continues to be a hub for innovation and investment in packaging and printing. In recent months, there has been a strong influx of narrow and mid–web flexo presses into the Hyderabad market, aimed at short–run flexible packaging production.

We look forward to reconnecting with existing customers, meeting new prospects, and showcasing technologies that can help converters stay ahead in an increasingly competitive market,” Shah concludes.
