Rossini India will showcase its latest range of rubber compounds and flexo sleeves for the printing and converting industry at Hiplex 2026, with a focus on sustainable solutions, higher productivity and technical engagement with customers, according to Ashvin Hebbar of Rossini India.
Part of the global Rossini Group, the company manufactures rubber rollers, Speedwell sleeves, and carbon fiber mandrels and adaptors for the printing and converting industry. The group operates eight production facilities worldwide and has sales offices across almost every continent.
At the exhibition, Rossini India will display its range of rubber compounds designed for electrostatic assist (ESA) and conventional gravure printing, as well as its patented rubber compounds for specialised coating and lamination applications.
Rather than introducing a major new product launch, the company plans to use the exhibition to engage customers on its existing portfolio while highlighting recent advancements in coating and lamination technologies.
“Our focus would be on having meaningful technical discussions with customers on our existing range of rubber compounds & flexo sleeves. We have made some advancements in coating and lamination applications and would be happy to share with our customers,” Hebbar said.
Commenting on industry trends, Hebbar said the flexible packaging sector was being reshaped by sustainability, automation, digitalisation and the demand for greater manufacturing efficiency.
“The flexible packaging industry is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by sustainability, automation, digitalization, and increasing demand for higher productivity. Customers are looking for products that not only deliver superior quality but also reduce waste, energy consumption, and operating costs.”
He said Rossini is expanding its portfolio with sustainable products compatible with recyclable mono-material packaging structures while improving production efficiency. The company is strengthening its after-sales support through faster technical assistance, operator training and preventive maintenance programmes to maximise customer uptime.
Rossini expects Hiplex 2026 to provide opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing customers while reaching new prospects, particularly in southern India, which the company considers a key market.
“We are confident that Hiplex will help engage in meaningful discussions with new prospective customers & also provide a platform to discuss with our existing customers,” Hebbar said.
According to the company, its stand will be particularly relevant for converters and printers using gravure, flexographic and offset printing processes, as well as lamination and coating equipment, with its technical team available to discuss ways to improve print quality and reduce machine downtime.
