Vinsak to showcase USAR label slitter rewinder

Vinsak India will display its USAR label slitter rewinder at Labelexpo India 2016. The slitter rewinder comes with 100% missing label detection by inspection camera and variable data printing options. Fitted with servo motors, the machine has speeds up to 220 m/min. The other features available in the machine are register cutting as well as HMI display for easy job setup and a hydra jack to maintain equal diecut pressure.

Vinsak will also showcase Petrel security inks, fibers and threads, and Schober punching equipment. Information and brochures of the Iwasaki TR2 330-mm intermittent rotary UV offset flexo press will be shared with visitors at its stand.

Recently, Pantec GS Systems appointed Vinsak as its distributor in India and the Middle East. The collaboration is aimed at increasing awareness of valueadded features of labels in these markets. At Labelexpo India 2016, Pantec will produce a luxury spirit label on the show floor and Vinsak will display machines manufactured in-house and from its principals.
