Hyderabad-based flexible packaging major Shrinath Rotopack marked its third presence at Pack Expo that was recently held in Chicago. In the US, the company operates its subsidiary Shrinath Rotopack Americas and has its office in Hoffman estates in the state of Illinois. “We currently have a very small presence in the US with food industry being the most important sector for us,” said Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, business development manager, based out of the US office.
HP showcases digital printing possibilities for brand owners
“Brands need to work harder to have a personal relationship with the consumer. That is a big challenge. HP digital printing helps brands develop a personal relationship with the consumers. Huhtamaki PPL invests Rs. 65 crore
Huhtamaki PPL Limited (formerly The Paper Products Ltd), a part of the Finland-based Huhtamaki group that provides consumer and specialty packaging solutions, plans to invest about Rs 65 crores for expansion and modernization of projects for its flexible packaging and labels businesses in the North East region. While the company will set up a flexible packaging plant in Assam, its subsidiary, Webtech Labels Pvt. Ltd., will build a production facility for labels in Sikkim.
