With HelioSprint 2, improvements made over many years have resulted in a new universal wide-format engraving system: One-for-All. HelioSprint 2 now covers all requirements of the application areas from security, stamps, packaging and decorative printing to varnish rollers and coating rollers.
HelioSprint 2 is the new broadband engraving system from HELL. It is characterized by a wide range of applications as well as high engraving performance with uniform cell geometry. HelioSprint 2 is adjusted by means of MultiTune. In engraving, this results in sharper contours and less dragging and ringing than with the predecessor systems.
HelioSprint’s standard screen range of 54 to 100 covers the requirements of packaging and decorative printing. The “Coarse Screen” tuning is available as an option, which extends the screen range to include screens 48 and 40 and is used for engraving technical cylinders. The “XtremeEngraving” tuning is also available as an option and, thanks to a writing resolution of up to 540 l/cm, produces results that are barely inferior to laser engraving.
