At Loupe India 2026 in Greater Noida, Apex International will showcase Apex 360: Smart Anilox Management, a lifecycle-based approach that shifts the focus from simply managing anilox inventory to managing anilox performance.
Traditionally, anilox management has often focused on selecting the right specification for a particular application. However, achieving consistent print performance does not depend only on choosing the right anilox specification. Over time, the condition of the anilox, cell volume, engraving structure, handling, cleaning and storage can influence its ability to deliver consistent ink transfer.
Apex 360 brings these elements together through a continuous cycle of Configure, Measure, Maintain and Repeat.
Configure, the company says, focuses on standardizing the anilox inventory and selecting the right specification for each application. Measure provides visibility into the actual condition of the anilox through Apex’s Smart Audit Program, which evaluates parameters such as cell volume, LPI and cell structure.
Maintain addresses the practices that help protect anilox performance, including appropriate handling, storage and cleaning. Repeat completes the cycle through regular monitoring and care. Anilox condition can change through regular use, making periodic measurement and appropriate care an ongoing part of maintaining print consistency.
Apex 360 is based on the principle that selecting the right anilox is only the starting point. Managing its performance requires visibility into its condition and a structured approach to care. By connecting specification, measurement, maintenance and regular review, Apex is helping printers take a more proactive approach to anilox performance and print consistency.
At Loupe2026, Apex will showcase the technologies and services supporting the Apex 360 approach, including its patented GTT technology and UltraCell+ engraving technology.
A live demonstration of the Apex Audit Program will give visitors an opportunity to see how anilox condition can be objectively evaluated through measurement of cell volume, LPI and cell structure. Apex will also present its anilox cleaning and storage solutions, highlighting the role of proper care in protecting engraving performance.
The Apex 360 approach reflects a simple principle: consistent printing starts with selecting the right anilox, but managing its performance requires an ongoing process.
Visitors can explore Apex 360 – Smart Anilox Management at Apex International, Hall 9, Booth A32, Loupe2026 from 29 October to 1 November, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
