At the IMA Conference Room in Navi Mumbai, the Monsoon Roundtable brought together brand owners, packaging material experts and machinery manufacturers to discuss strategies for modernizing the packaging supply chain. In what could be the beginning of an important collaborative meeting, important technical and sustainability objectives and the possibilities of modernizing legacy packaging lines were freely discussed. Organized by RAAS IntelliSolutions, IPPStar, and Packaging South Asia, this first compact meeting focused on achieving sustainability goals with both legacy and smart packaging lines and the need for data.

Moderated by K Ravi and Naresh Khanna, the two sessions featured insights from industry experts, including Swarn Singh Grover of Kellogg’s, and flexible material expert Rajesh Ghera, Mahadevan Iyer of IMA, Sumeet Arora of Uhlmann and K Ravi.

Many thanks to the IMA team for its gracious hosting of this collective beginning to face the challenges to change faced by the brand owners, and packaging material producers and packaging machinery manufacturers.
