Shree Yantralaya – The Machine Shop, Rajoo Engineers Limited- Rajkot

Rajoo Engineers, a global leader in plastics extrusion machinery, has completed a significant upgrade of Shree Yantralaya – The Machine Shop, strengthening its position as one of India’s most advanced manufacturing facilities dedicated to extrusion technology.

The upgrade includes the commissioning of advanced machining technologies from global machine tool manufacturers Okuma, Huron, and Jyoti, creating a robust manufacturing ecosystem capable of producing large, complex, and high-value machine components with exceptional accuracy and consistency entirely in-house.

The enhanced facility brings together advanced 5-axis multitasking, vertical turning & milling, and high-performance machining capabilities under one roof, significantly expanding Rajoo’s ability to manufacture critical components for next-generation extrusion systems. The upgrade improves process efficiencies, increases in-house value addition, reduces lead times, and further strengthens quality standards across the company’s product portfolio.

Commenting on the development, Utsav Doshi, joint managing director, Rajoo Engineers, said, “Manufacturing excellence is built through continuous investment in technology, capability, and people. The strengthening of Shree Yantralaya reflects our long-term vision of building world-class manufacturing infrastructure that supports innovation, quality, and sustainable growth. These investments strengthen our ability to manufacture increasingly sophisticated machines and deliver advanced extrusion solutions while creating greater value for customers worldwide.”

With this milestone, Rajoo continues to strengthen its integrated manufacturing ecosystem, further advancing its leadership in plastics processing, converting, and printing technologies while supporting the next generation of manufacturing excellence.
