Wanjie India, a joint venture between Ahmedabad-based Bipin Offset Limited and China’s Hebei Wanjie Technology Group, has strengthened its demo center in Ahmedabad with the installation of the WJPS Advanced 560 — a shaftless intermittent rotary roll-to-roll offset press engineered specifically for precision label and flexible packaging printing.

The addition of WJPS Advanced 560 to the demo center has marked a significant step for the Indian label and packaging industry, giving printers and converters direct, hands-on access to one of the most versatile and capable machines in its class.

The WJPS Advanced 560 is purpose-built for premium label and flexible packaging production. At its core is a servo motor-driven shaftless system that delivers precise registration control, combining high-quality offset printing with the operational flexibility of intermittent feeding. The machine supports a wide range of optional configurations — automatic ink control systems, flexo varnishing units, cold stamping (cold foil) units, and rotary die-cutting units — making it a truly hybrid platform adaptable to diverse production requirements.

Controlled by CPU via DOS system for servo motor management, every printing unit of the WJPS Advanced 560 features an independent touch panel for on-the-fly adjustments. In ‘Repeat Printing’ mode, each unit moves automatically to the printing position, streamlining operations and significantly reducing setup time compared to many other systems in its class.

WJPS Advanced 560 features a maximum web width of 560 mm and a print width of 540 mm, with print lengths ranging from 210 to 420 mm. It supports substrates from 12 to 300 microns and offers flexible colour setups of 6 or more. The machine uses a servo-driven, shaftless system with CPU (DOS) control and includes independent touch panels for each unit. It is suited for producing labels, pouches, flexible packaging, and IML across industries like cosmetics, beverages, and pharmaceuticals, with optional features such as auto ink control, flexo varnishing, cold foil stamping, and rotary die-cutting.

The WJPS Advanced 560 can print on all of the following substrates (12 microns – 300 microns) –  PET (polyethylene terephthalate); PVC (polyvinyl chloride); BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene); PP (polypropylene); shrink films; self-adhesive label stocks; and boards.

“WJPS Advanced 560 is truly a versatile machine. It is a hybrid platform for handling almost everything across the label and flexible printing industries — capable of printing on polyester films of 12 microns all the way up to 300 microns. Such versatility, combined with advanced features and capabilities, makes it an all-in-one machine — suitable for businesses engaging in multiple tasks across labels, rigid packaging, and flexible packaging solutions,” said Rakesh Patel, director, Wanjie India.

EXPERIENCE CENTER

Wanjie India’s demo center is not merely a showroom — it is a fully operational facility where customers can examine the latest machines up close, run live demonstrations, and make informed investment decisions. A team of experienced, well-trained professionals at the demo centre guides every visitor through the technical capabilities and advantages of each installed system.

Rakesh Patel, explains, “Our demo center is designed as a corner where customers can come for closer examination and a hands-on experience of the latest machines and technologies. It has been our routine task to continuously update the machines and technologies on display at the centre, and the WJPS Advanced 560 is the latest and most significant addition to that commitment.”

A GROWING PORTFOLIO

The WJPS Advanced 560 joins a robust and expanding product lineup at Wanjie India. The company’s current portfolio includes the WJPS Advanced 350, 450, and 680 offset presses, as well as the WJMQ 450 and WJMQ 370 high-speed flatbed die-cutting systems — a comprehensive offering that addresses a wide spectrum of label and packaging production needs.

Since its formation in early 2025, Wanjie India has rapidly expanded its installation base across India, with leading label and packaging companies already upgrading their production facilities with Wanjie machines. Recent installations include Shree Multi Sticks & Labels (Pune), Sapna Label House (Ahmedabad), and Rachna Print & Pack (Surat).

Wanjie India’s parent company, Bipin Offset, has been in offset printing and packaging solutions since its inception in 2000. Operating from a manufacturing facility of over 18,000 square feet in Ahmedabad, the company over the last 25 years has built a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge, precision-engineered packaging solutions to clients across the pharmaceuticals, garments, cosmetics, electronics, automobiles, and food & beverage sectors.

In March 2026, Bipin Offset Limited was honored with the Print Design Awards (PDA) 2026 (Season-4) in the ‘Pharma Packaging’ category — an accolade given by Gujarat Printers Directory, celebrating outstanding creativity and technical precision across various sectors. The ceremony was held at Taj Skyline, Ahmedabad.

“Winning the PDA title in the ‘Pharma Packaging’ category is a testament to our team’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality, innovation, and safety. It recognises our ability to deliver packaging solutions that are not only visually impactful but also technically superior,” Rakesh Patel says.

The company was also formally recognixed by Globela Group of Companies with a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ under the ‘Valuable Support’ category, presented during the group’s 20th Anniversary Celebrations held at Surat in August last year.

Rakesh Patel says, “Deeply driven by our vision to help customers stay competitive, we provide custom-created printing and packaging solutions tailored to their specific demands and requirements. Sustainability is equally central to our approach — the green and environment-friendly technologies we offer are designed to be safe for both people and the planet.”

LOOKING AHEAD: INDIA & BEYOND

With a growing client base, an expanding product portfolio, and a world-class demo centre at its core, Wanjie India is moving swiftly to set a new benchmark in label and packaging printing across India. With domestic momentum firmly established, the company has already set its sights beyond borders — Africa and the Middle East are next on the roadmap for expansion.
