UPM Raflatac has announced the launch of premium gloss UVI paper-based labelstock for UV Inkjet printing. According to UPM, the new labelstock is ideal for UV Inkjet printing of multi-color designs that require extremely high print definition and fine details to a level that was considered impossible hitherto. This trimless service optimizes gloss, opacity, brightness and smoothness and is available with both general purpose adhesive and all-temperature adhesive for food and beverage applications. UPM Raflatac collaborated with a
number of industry-leading printing press manufacturers to achieve excellent print quality on their machines.
