As India’s packaging industry continues to transform, industrial groups are investing in advanced printing technologies to diversify into high-value label and flexible packaging production. One such event is the commissioning of Webtech International Machineries’ latest Aeroflex S4 triple servo flexographic printing press at Wrybillpack, the packaging division of Delkart Industries, at its newly established manufacturing facility in Goa.

Founded in 2017, Delkart Industries has emerged as one of India’s leading manufacturers in the automotive components sector, achieving an annual turnover of approximately Rs300 crore. With a strong manufacturing foundation, advanced quality systems, and an eye on long-term growth, the company has diversified into the label and flexible packaging industry through Wrybillpack.

Backed by its existing acrylic coating infrastructure, the company says the new venture is well-positioned to serve the growing demand for premium labels, shrink sleeves, and BOPP packaging solutions.

Recognizing the increasing quality expectations of brand owners and converters, Delkart selected Webtech’s latest Aeroflex S4 Triple Servo Press as its first production platform, enabling the company to enter the market with advanced technology from day one rather than adopting an entry-level solution.

Designed for the future

The Aeroflex S4 represents Webtech’s latest generation of fully servo flexographic printing technology, developed specifically for converters seeking exceptional print quality, higher productivity, and long-term reliability.

Unlike conventional flexographic presses, the Aeroflex Series features Webtech’s proprietary Common Base Construction combined with its Single Gear Technology, delivering outstanding machine rigidity, vibration-free performance, and exceptional print registration accuracy even at high production speeds.

The press integrates advanced Triple Servo technology with intelligent automation, automatic registration, pre-registration, job memory, re-pass capability, and precision web handling to ensure consistent performance across labels, shrink sleeves, BOPP films and other flexible packaging materials. This combination enables faster job changeovers, reduced wastage, superior repeatability and consistently high print quality.

Commenting on the investment, Subrat Bahera, whole-time director & founder, Delkart Industries, said, “As we expand into the label and flexible packaging industry, we wanted to invest in technology that would remain competitive for many years to come. After carefully evaluating various options, we decided to partner with Webtech and invest in their latest Aeroflex S4 Triple Servo Press. Its advanced technology, robust engineering, and future-ready features aligned perfectly with our long-term vision and commitment to delivering premium-quality products.”

Growth Story

Over the last two years, Webtech International Machineries has witnessed significant growth across the Indian and international flexographic printing markets. The company’s expanding footprint has been driven by engineering excellence, product reliability, and strong customer support.

With installations across Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, North India, South India, and multiple international markets, Webtech has become one of India’s fastest-growing manufacturers of advanced flexographic printing presses.

Shivvnandan Singh, CEO & partner, Webtech International Machineries, said, “The last two years have been transformational for Webtech. Customers today are looking beyond price—they are investing in technology that delivers precision, productivity, and long-term reliability. Our unique Common Base Design combined with our Single Gear Technology has differentiated our presses by offering exceptional stability and highly accurate print registration. We remain committed to developing innovative technologies that help our customers stay ahead in an increasingly competitive packaging industry.”

According to Sushil A. Yadav, sales head (West), Webtech,  customers are increasingly choosing Webtech because of the reliability of its machines, the quality of engineering, and the after-sales support. “The response to our latest Aeroflex Series has been extremely encouraging, with several successful installations already running across Western India. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and look forward to supporting many more customers in their growth journey.”

As India’s label and flexible packaging industry continues to expand, investments such as Delkart’s demonstrate a clear shift toward advanced, automation-driven manufacturing platforms capable of delivering world-class quality and productivity, the company stated.

For Webtech, this installation represents another milestone in its mission to engineer globally competitive flexographic printing solutions that combine innovative technology, precision manufacturing, and dependable customer support—helping converters build sustainable growth for years to come.
