The Spande S5

The Spande S5 is said to deliver advanced printing capabilities combined with precise registration control and production flexibility. The press has a gearless direct-drive architecture, which is powered by four independent servo motors in each printing unit. This configuration is said to enable precise control over individual printing units and supports consistent registration throughout production.

The machine combines advanced flexographic printing with a range of inline converting and embellishment possibilities.

Kaushal said these capabilities offer converters greater flexibility in handling complex label applications while supporting production efficiency and reducing avoidable material waste.

“The response to Spande S5 at Loupe India has been nothing short of outstanding. Live demonstrations allowed visitors to experience its engineering, registration capabilities and production possibilities firsthand,” he said.
