Free online registration is now open for the upcoming Pacprocess India 2018 show that will be held in Mumbai from 24 to 26 October at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. The expo will have companies in food processing, beverages, aseptic systems, PET technology, raw materials and ingredients, filling and packaging technology, environmental technology, packaging recycling, storage, logistics and transport equipment, among others.

The expo, being organized by Messe Dusseldorf, targets visitors from segments such as packaging, food and beverages, pharmaceutical, confectionery, retail, labels, converting and plastics, among others. Pacprocess India will be co-located with Food Pex India and Indiapack (organized by the Indian Institute of Packaging).

Some of the exhibitors include Srinath Rotopack, Vishakha Polyfab, Sanjeev Flexi Pack, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, and Bosch Rexroth (India).

The multi-channel B2B in print and digital 17-year-old platform matches the industry’s growth trajectory. The capacity for flexible film manufacturing in India increased by 45% over the past four years. With orders in place, we expect another 20% capacity addition in 2024 and 2025. Capacities in monocartons, corrugation, aseptic liquid packaging, and labels are grown similarly. As the consumption story returns over the next six months, we expect demand to return and exceed the growth trajectory of previous years. The numbers are positive for most of the economies in the region – and as shown by our analytics, our platform increasingly reaches and influences these.
