Mettler-Toledo Product Inspection will exhibit its latest inspection technologies for the pharma market at Pharmintech 2022 to be held in Milan, Italy, from 3 to 6 May 2022. This will be the first time that Mettler-Toledo (Hall 2, Stand B36) has exhibited at the show, demonstrating its increasing importance as a supplier to the pharmaceutical industry. On display will be a selection of advanced product inspection systems perfectly matched to the needs of the pharma sector –
- Mettler-Toledo C3570 AdvancedLine Pharma Checkweigher – precision check weighing at fast speeds, along with dedicated options for pharmaceutical process safety, supporting FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and GMP requirements, this system has already played a key role in ensuring the accuracy of Covid-19 vaccine packs in China.
- Mettler-Toledo Tablex-Pro Metal Detector – features tuned ultra-high frequency operation with enhanced noise and vibration immunity, giving it exceptional metal detection sensitivity levels. Optimised for inspection of tablets, capsules and pharmaceutical powders, the Tablex-Pro can integrate with all tablet presses and de-dusters.
- Mettler-Toledo XMV TE 3-in-1 Serialization System – recently launched, the XMV TE integrates three applications – printing, visual code verification and secure tamper-evident sealing – into a single compact system, it helps pharma companies to meet compliance and track and trace needs with automated item-by-item serialization at throughputs of up to 300 ppm.
- Video demos of the new Mettler-Toledo Safeline X34C x-ray system – while not on the show stand, visitors can see the newly launched X34C going through its paces via an eDemo at Mettler-Toledo’s Royston, UK facility. Designed for detecting contaminants in pharma blister packs and sachets at high speed, the X34C has a unique combination of speed (120 metres per minute), compact size and highly precise x-ray detection performance. The speed profile makes it compatible with high-speed pack sealers used in the pharma sector.
