Nilesh Patel with PRPC 330 UV

Mumbai-based Arty Labels, a provider of diverse label solutions, has installed a new PRPC 330 UV—a comprehensive, all-in-one digital inkjet label printing and finishing machine, capable of handling a wide variety of conventional and unconventional materials. The system was supplied and installed by Packnology.

Nilesh Patel, director of Arty Labels, said the company chose the PRPC 330 UV for its unique features and special capabilities to handle various materials while delivering outstanding embellishment outputs. “After the installation of the digital inkjet label printing and print enhancement machine, we have enhanced our spot UV and foiling jobs,” Patel said. “The digital inkjet press can do spot UV and foiling without any lamination. A machine with a small footprint, it effortlessly handles big jobs.”

When it comes to handling materials of different natures and textures, the PRPC 330 UV is compatible with PP White, PP Silver, PP Clear, PE White, PE Clear, and more. It can print in WCMYK + Varnish with the integration of precise digital die-cutting and slitting. In a single pass, it operates for printing, spot UV, varnishing, foiling, and die-cutting.

Brijesh Puri, founder of Packnology, said, “The PRPC 330 UV, running efficiently at Arty Labels, boasts capabilities that many traditional laser printers and sheet-fed digital embellishment machines cannot match. As an entry-level machine for short-to-medium-run jobs, the PRPC 330 UV is made for multiple tasks in one system, which a single operator can manage easily and competently. It’s the right digital machine to start a brand-new journey into the label business. As our clients’ production volumes grow, we provide a seamless upgrade path to advanced Haotian systems.”

Alongside the PRPC 330 UV, a fleet of other machines—including flexographic presses—is running at the Arty Labels’ production facility to produce an extensive range of labels, rolls, ribbons, tags, and similar products, catering to customers across diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, garments, jewellery, and FMCG.

Patel added, “The PRPC 330 UV is the first machine from Packnology at our facility. We are fully satisfied with the machine as well as the after-sales service support. Hopefully, our partnership will be strengthened with more advanced and upgraded machines.”
